Kırıkkale University (KKU) has opened international student applications for quotas left vacant after previous placement rounds. Applications will be accepted entirely online.

- Vacant Quota Placement Announcement September 8, 2026
- Sending of Acceptance Letters September 9–11, 2026
- Final Enrollment for Vacant Quota Placement September 14–16, 2026

Documents to Scan for Online Application
- TR-YÖS result document
- Notarized or Turkish-consulate-approved Turkish translation of your high school diploma
- Notarized or Turkish-consulate-approved Turkish translation of your transcript
- For students still in the process of graduating at the time of application, a Turkish translation (notarized or consulate-approved) of a student status document from their school
- Copy of a valid passport or ID document (international protection application/status document, temporary protection ID, Blue Card), with notarized or consulate-approved Turkish translation

If You're Placed: Documents Required for Final Enrollment
- Original TR-YÖS result document
- Original high school diploma with notarized or Turkish-consulate-approved Turkish translation
- Original transcript with notarized or Turkish-consulate-approved Turkish translation
- Equivalency Certificate (for T.C. citizens who graduated from high schools abroad not affiliated with the Ministry of National Education)
- Passport or ID document bearing the border-crossing entry stamp (international protection application/status document, temporary protection ID, Blue Card), original to be shown, with notarized or consulate-approved Turkish translation
- Student visa
- 4 biometric photos taken within the last six months
- Certified Population Registry Record (Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği) for dual nationals born foreign who later acquired T.C. citizenship
- Valid health insurance (general health insurance, or private health insurance covering the residence permit application period)
- Declaration/Undertaking (for residence permit and general health insurance procedures)
- Financial Guarantee Declaration
Note: The documents shared with us contain a slight date discrepancy on final enrollment (one note says "August 24–26," while the schedule table says "September 14–16") — we recommend confirming the exact final enrollment date and location with the Student Affairs Office or the application system.
