- Faculty of Medicine: 235,000 TL
- Faculty of Dentistry: 110,000 TL
- Faculty of Pharmacy: 84,000 TL
- Faculty of Engineering: 46,000 TL
- Faculty of Agriculture: 46,000 TL

- Faculty of Education: 32,000 TL
- Faculty of Theology: 32,000 TL
- Faculty of Tourism: 32,000 TL
- Faculty of Arts and Sciences – Literature and Social Programs: 30,000 TL
- Vocational Schools: 24,000 TL
At postgraduate level, master's is set at 30,000 TL and doctoral study at 40,000 TL. The State Conservatory and the Faculty of Fine Arts are noted as not admitting students in this period.
These fees were determined under Presidential Decision No. 11625, published in Official Gazette No. 33341 dated 15 August 2026.
Comparison: Why Adıyaman Is an Economical Option
The picture becomes clear when you compare with universities we have covered previously. While medicine can exceed 300,000 TL and even reach 700,000 TL at some universities, at Adıyaman it is 235,000 TL. The gap is even more pronounced in engineering: at 46,000 TL, it sits well below engineering fees at many universities.
The 24,000 TL figure for vocational schools is also among the more economical options nationwide. For students on a limited budget, Adıyaman is a serious alternative.
Three Critical Provisions You Should Know
The fee document contains three important clauses that most students are unaware of.
1. Sibling discount: at least 25%
Where more than one student from the same family — with the family and the student holding residence permits in Türkiye — continues associate or undergraduate study, a discount of no less than 25% is applied to the determined tuition fees.
If you are studying in Türkiye alongside a sibling, be sure to claim this right. Many students pay the full fee simply because they are unaware of the discount.
2. Fee exemption for students residing in Gaza
For the 2026-2027 academic year, the tuition fee payable by associate, undergraduate, thesis master's and doctoral students whose family or who themselves reside in the city of Gaza in Palestine, and who continue in formal education programs, is covered by the State.
This is set out under a provisional article. If this applies to you, inform the relevant unit of your situation during registration.
3. A 10% surcharge for late graduation
Excluding preparatory and scientific preparatory classes, undergraduate and postgraduate students who do not graduate at the end of the program duration have 10% added to the student contribution and tuition fee they pay.
In other words, failing a course or extending your graduation costs money as well as time. Plan your studies accordingly.
Payment Rules to Watch
The fee document also sets out clear warnings on payment:
- First instalment obligation. Students registering under the international student quota are obliged to pay the first instalment of the tuition fee.
- No course registration without payment. International students who do not pay the contribution or tuition fee on the dates specified in the academic calendar cannot register for courses, cannot attend classes or examinations, and cannot benefit from student rights.
- No refund on voluntary withdrawal. Students who register and then cancel their registration of their own accord are not refunded their contribution or tuition fee.
- Loss of rights where forgery is detected. Where incorrect information or forged documents are detected in the application declaration, the candidate loses the right to registration and to student status even if already placed — and the fee paid is not refunded.
This last point matters especially. Make sure your documents are complete and accurate — an error costs you both your place and your money.
What to Do at the Registration Stage
The steps to follow once you have your result:
- Check your result on the system. Log in to the student information system to view your placement status and acceptance letter.
- Confirm the registration calendar and document list from the university's announcement. Registration dates and required documents are published on the university's official page.
- Start the visa process immediately. Apply for a student visa at the consulate with your acceptance letter; this process can take time.
- Complete translation and certification of your documents. Translation and certification requirements apply to the diploma, transcript and equivalency certificate.
- Plan your payment. Bear in mind the first-instalment obligation and any discount entitlements.
If You Were Not Placed
This is the university's sixth placement round. Adıyaman University opens multiple rounds during the year, which means candidates who were not placed have further chances.
Keep following the university's international student announcements. Other universities also have application and placement rounds open during the same period; we publish these announcements daily on our blog.
