Our forms do not request special categories of personal data such as race, ethnic origin, political opinion, religious belief, health information or criminal record.

3. Purposes of Processing

The personal data we collect is processed solely for the purposes of:

• evaluating your application and determining its eligibility,
• contacting you and carrying out the application process,
• planning and delivering the service you requested (lessons, coaching, consulting),
• keeping orderly records and fulfilling any legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed without requiring your explicit consent, based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

• "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" (evaluating your application, a necessary preliminary step for service delivery),
• "processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller".

Since no special categories of personal data are requested in the form, obtaining separate explicit consent is not required.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties or institutions; it is processed solely within the Data Controller and limited to the purposes stated above.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by being provided directly by you through the application form on the website/application.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the duration of the evaluation of your application and, where applicable, the continuation of the service relationship; thereafter, without prejudice to the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation, it is retained for a period of 2 years and, at the end of that period, is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• know the third parties within Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred,
• request rectification if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• request erasure or destruction of the data within the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
